Jayson Bourne continues attempts to recollect training time at school of spec.agents of the project "Treadstone". From the journalist of "Gardian" writing articles about it, he learns about the location of the European center of preparation спецов and one of its heads (Neal Daniels whom destroy before its Bourne could find), and then and the school of agents in New York.
Having got into the safe of CIA and having taken hold of classified documents about the project "BlackBriar", its victims, Jayson helps to send them in the senate and mass-media. Then comes back in the preparation center whence his career «spec» where finds the project head of "Treadstone" has begun - doctor Albert Hirsch who helps it to remember definitively the reasons of decisions which have resulted it in CIA.
One of the most dynamical for today of espionage films, but the protagonist practically doesn't use any spec. weapons. All action is based on speed, work on an advancing of action of special services and their possibilities on search, tracking and capture.
